This Viral Video Of Burning iPhone 7 Plus Will Not Let Apple Users Sleep Tonight

After Samsung Note 7, iPhone 7 may be the next ”killer” phone, quite literally. Recently there are many cases reporting iPhone 7 catching fire.
In an incident that was reported recently, iPhone 7 Plus started burning out of nowhere and what happened later is now giving iPhone users a nightmare.

iPhone 7 Plus user Brianna Olivas from Tucson, Arizona posted a video tweet showing her rose gold iPhone 7 Plus burning out on 23rd February 2017. The tweet that got viral on the internet has been viewed for over 1.3 million times with 26K likes, and 24K retweets till the time this article was published.

Later on, Brianna also posted this picture when the burnt iPhone got cooled down. No doubt the iPhone was dead by the time fire stopped.
Brianna, speaking to a Tech website commented that she bought the iPhone 7 in January 2017 only.

“The next morning I was asleep with my phone charging next to my head, my boyfriend grabbed the phone and put it on the dresser,” she said via a direct message on Twitter. “He went the the [sic] restroom … and from the corner of his eye he saw my phone steaming and [heard] a squealing noise. By the time he got over to the phone it had already caught fire, he quickly grabbed the phone and threw it in the restroom … as soon as he threw it in the restroom is [sic] blew up and more smoke started coming out of the phone.” Brianna’s statement to Mashable.
The whole story recalled the incident that happened with Samsung Note 7, which was recalled on a global level after the news broke out.
Interestingly, this is not the first incident when the latest flagship iPhone 7 was reported burning but yes, the burning news of iPhone 7 is not that often as we have seen in the case of Samsung Note 7

Last month, another iPhone caught fire.
