Drake has impressed fans after he dropped $50,000 on groceries for entire supermarket full of people.
Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, encouraged shoppers at the Miami store to fill their trollies with items before paying for everything out of his own pocket.
According to E! news, the musician entered Miami’s Sabor Tropical Supermarket at around 4pm and made the announcement through a megaphone.
The 31-year-old One Dance rapper reportedly splashed out $50,000 on the baffled shoppers.
One lucky recipient of free-shop, Guille Deza said: “No one knew he was coming at all, we just came to do groceries. Camera were being set up so we were all wondering what was to happen.”
Fans gushed over the star on social media, hailing him “perfect”.
One fan wrote: “My aunt met drake today at the supermarket on 71….. he bought everybody groceries. THE DAY I DONT GO SEE HER HES THERE. FML”
Meanwhile one posted: “The fact that drake went and bought everyone’s groceries at the grocery store in Miami just to give back to the community can’t even get the man I don’t have to buy me a Starbucks lol as if he couldn’t get more perfect.”
Another said: “What a generous man @Drake is.”
One fan tweeted: “@Drake he bought everyone that was in the supermarket their groceries for them. A true role model.”
The news comes days after the Canadian rapper donated $75,000 (£53,000) during the filming of his God’s Plan music video.
He gave Miami Senior High School $25,000 and OVO-designed school uniforms before giving a University of Miami student a generous $50,000 towards her tuition.
